I stumbled upon the story of Admiral Malahayati in late 2025. In the 16th century, she led the naval fight against the Portuguese and the Dutch. And she raised an army of widows to fight them. Hell yea.
What started as a side project became an obsession. Wrote the trailer script, and imagined how it could all play out. Generated the frames, the motion, the soundtrack, the voices and then it blew up.
